Shipping & Delivery Options
- Shipping options are available for apparel, accessory and some bicycles.
- Local home-delivery on new bike purchases of $1000 or more available. (contact us for more information)
- In-store pickup is available for any and all items. (subject to availability)
- Orders usually ship within three business day of being placed.
- Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight.
- Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S
- Most orders will be ready within one business day.
- Some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations or for product assembly.
- We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
- If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store.
- Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
- If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days. Receipt must be present for 30 day refund. Merchandise MUST be in original packaging and be in new condition.
- No refunds or returns are accepted on bicycles, special ordered or warehouse items, gift certificates, or closeout items. Special order deposits will be forfeited if a warehouse or special order is cancelled.
- Please call or email us for a return authorization number and write this large and legibly on the outside of your return shipment. Without an RA number your return may be delayed or remain unprocessed
- Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)
- Revolution Bicycles, Inc reserves the right to limit returns and exchanges regardless of receipt.
- Refund Exceptions/Terms: For credit/debit card returns, the exact card must be present. In-store cash purchases over $250 may be refunded in the form of a mailed check within 10 business days of return.
Unconditional Bontrager Guarantee
If for any reason you're not satisfied with a Bontrager aftermarket purchase, return the item, along with the original sales receipt within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Think of it as a 30-day test ride.
This guarantee includes Bontrager aftermarket apparel, and accessories. Bontrager OE (original equipment) componentry sold as part of a bicycle is excluded. Used items must be cleaned for a return. If you send merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered, we will return it to you at your expense.

We appreciate your understanding should any of our prices or other provided information be incorrect and we regret any inconvenience such mistakes may cause. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers.
